Petra Kluike along with Miriam Szopa will show you a program,
which gives you, and your students increased awareness as
well as strength and flexibility. Petra uses simple and
clear descriptions for all exercises allowing instructors
and students of all levels to comprehend and master these
techniques. Pilates Lounge at its core introduces posture
as a primary concern and by using easy and graceful movements
it achieves this goal beautifully.
The workout itself is achievable for everyone who likes
to train in soft or smooth forms of muscle training. It
begins with a sensitive warm up. Flowing onwards towards
an energetic strength and flexibility training segment and
then concluding with a calming relaxation phase. These three
phases will form the perfect unity for enhanced wellness
and body awareness. The use of lounge music assists in creating
a calm almost hypnotic atmosphere as well as focusing the
journey of the mind.
