I think this is one of the best value videos on the market.
When you consider it’s over 2 hours long and offers
up 7 different teachers showing their style and choreography.
It’s a choreography bonanza! You could not possibly
get a more varied bunch of teachers too… from traditional
aerobic moves and grooves all the way up to stylized out
of this world afro Latin dance! It’s a real mix bag
and the viewer will be bombarded with ideas and fun throughout.
Like the other ‘best of evolution’ releases
this one is an attempt to help you view, review and see
more of the teachers skills and techniques, giving you a
video full of new ideas and also a better idea of what is
on all of the other videos on release. Its sometimes a big
commitment buying a video from someone you have never seen
before…so this is hopefully a good way of getting
value and a good preview. Each segment is a stand-alone
segment. It has a complete section of the full-length features
choreography with the entire breakdown, progressions as
well as the finished product intact.
